At Louisiana MENTOR, we believe that every child deserves to be part of a family in a safe, nurturing home where they can feel valued and loved. Our services, which involve partnering with each child, their family, caregivers, and community partners, are designed to help children achieve their permanency goals and to help them thrive at home, in school, and in the community.
Strengthening Families and Communities
Louisiana MENTOR has developed a comprehensive array of services for youth within the social service system and their families. Louisiana MENTOR’s home- and community-based services help children and their families work through a wide range of challenges, from trauma-related issues and subsequent anxiety and behavior problems to mental health challenges.
All of our services are delivered by our qualified, specially trained team who are dedicated to providing the highest level of service. The people we serve benefit from the full range of services that make up our continuum of care, which includes residential programs, in-home services, and periodic supports. We are able to offer the service or mix of services that will best meet the needs of each child and their family, helping them to heal and move forward.
A National Network of Caring
Louisiana MENTOR is a partner of The MENTOR Network, a national network of local health and human services providers. This means that we have the support and shared knowledge of a national platform, while still providing care that is centered in our families’ home communities.
